AVXX FEED and TV Show Tracker are operated by AVXX LLC, formerly AIVX LLC. The company name has changed; your account, data, and existing app addresses remain the same.
Personal product data
Your follows, private lists, stars, reminders, notification preferences, and feed state are tied to your account so they can sync across devices. AVXX FEED does not publish those choices or post on your behalf.
Beta access
During the private beta, we retain whether your account has access and how that access was granted. Invitation codes are stored only as cryptographic hashes; the original code cannot be recovered after it is generated.
Email and push delivery
Email and browser push are optional. Product email is delivered through Resend; authentication, account confirmation, and password recovery are handled separately through Supabase Auth. Push subscriptions contain device-specific delivery credentials and are never displayed in the admin dashboard.
Public show alerts and early access
You can request a show-specific email alert without creating an account. Joining the early-access waitlist is a separate choice. Neither becomes active until you confirm control of the email address, and every show alert includes a direct unsubscribe link. We retain the address, confirmation state, chosen shows, and limited delivery outcomes needed to provide and protect the service.
Public tracker measurement
We count a small set of explicit tracker interactions—such as searching, choosing an answer, adding a catalog show, requesting a tracker, or using Share—to understand whether the public tool is useful. A random identifier and any short campaign label in the link last only for the browser tab. We do not put the show search phrase, email address, or raw page-view stream into this acquisition measurement.
Delivery outcomes
We record limited operational outcomes—including sent, delivered, delayed, failed, bounced, complained, and suppressed—to diagnose delivery and protect sender reputation. We do not retain email opens or link clicks for product analytics. A permanent bounce, spam complaint, or provider suppression automatically pauses future product email to that address.
Retention and control
Routine email delivery and feedback records are retained for up to 90 days. Failure, bounce, complaint, and suppression records may be retained for up to 180 days. Cleanup runs in bounded batches. Every optional product email links to notification settings and supports one-click unsubscribe; account and security email is unaffected.
Deleting your account
Account settings include permanent deletion of AVXX FEED account data, including follows, lists, reminders, preferences, push subscriptions, and delivery history.
Beta feedback
When you send beta feedback, we store your message, account identifier, current AVXX FEED page, and basic screen context so we can reproduce the issue. We do not attach the contents of your personal feed. Feedback is included in your account export and removed when you delete your account.
